Anonymous, whomever you may be, we definitely do catch a glimpse of Ladon, although, unfortunately, it is mainly just a glimpse. That particular Labor ends up being much more about Atlas in my retelling.
It's not that he's so small on the cover of Hades, it's that Hades is so big. They're all shapeshifting gods on the cover of Hades so there's no sense of scale. They're all just pretty huge in that image.
Any chance we'll catch a glimpse of Ladon in your 12 labors comic?
