Chimera: Lion in front, goat in the middle, serpent in the back.

A little glimpse into something that may or may not ever make it into Olympians: the Chimera. Some friends and I warm up every day with a drawing, and our topic topic was "chimera", so I drew this version of the Chimera I came up with for a potential spin-off series from Olympians that is currently not being developed.

and as an added bonus, here's a sliver of art from that ill-fated Olympians spin-off pitch I mentioned, showing my Chimera and the Greek hero Bellerophon.

 How do you like it?

  4. What's the name of the possible spin-off? (That's really all I care about, you don't have to spell out the plot, characters, and dialoge).

  5. Whoa, long time away from this blog for me! I'll be back more now!

The spin-off was going to be titled... hmm, I couldn't think of anything funny to type. Let me get back to you on this.

  6. You could put Chimera in Athena because the goddess helped Bellerophon kill her. Or you could of put it in Poseidon because Bellerophon (from Eurymede) and Pegasus (from Medusa) were Poseidon's son. But since you'll put Echidna in Hermes' book why don't who put her story in because Echidna's her mom.

PS. Will you talk about the Chimera's sister the Sphinx and the hero Oedipus?

PPS. I'm a huge fan of your books. I want to make a series like yours, but not exactly cause in my Zeus I will add Deculian and Lycaenos in it (as well as Callisto). In Athena i'll put Daidalos and Ikaros in it. In Hera I'll put Jason's story in it. In Hades i'll tell Sisyphos, Ixion, and Salomeus' stories and add the story of Arion (Demeter's son) and the stories of Minthe and Leuce (Hades' girlfriends). And in Poseidon i'll add Bellerophon and Pegasus in it. On the author's note, I will give you tons of credit since you are my inspiration. (12-book series)

PPPS. I'll have 3-book series on the Bible first called The Holy Scriptures
